XF 2.2 Why do on some occasions in an entire thread, the username and usergroup disappears (only initial)

we seem to have this problem from time to time and I have no idea why or how to remedy. I. try to refresh screen but no change


here is a screen grab showing only the initial of the member and the usergroup is no longer there. Any suggestions would be helpful

I see this issue quite often on a number of Xenforo based forums, usually when viewing from Firefox. I don't know the cause but clearing the browser cache for those sites usually clears the problem for a while. I don't recall experiencing the issue here which suggests it's not a problem with the core software.
