Fixed Why do banned/disabled members show in the following/follower lists?

Members are banned but they still show up on the follower/following lists.
XF 2's disable user state is new but it does the same.

I don't think banned members showed up on these lists in XF 1.5. The member list hides both in XF 2, so why not the follower/following lists too?

Might be a regression, just did a test and banned followers indeed do not show up on XF 1.5

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.1.11).

Change log:

Only display valid users in following/followed lists

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.
