XF 2.2 When browsing the forums....how to change breadcrumb title?

Where would I change the title of the board title when browsing the forums from "Forums List" to my board's name?


eg: https://www.revillution.net looks fine but when you go here - https://www.revillution.net/forums

it says "Forums List" How do I fix this? Thanks!

Note: Just recently updated from 2.1.10 to 2.2.1

XF 2.2 - Change "Forum List" text in title and <h1>
