Yes of course,

I have a button "home" which is there for nothing atm cause when I click on it, it goes to the home page like my forum but I want to add something in this page if it is possible of course...
Can I install a sort of xenportal or something else on it?

That would be the default Home tab, which you can remove in the options.

XenPorta and other portal add-ons add their own Home tab.
