XF 1.5 Weird User Permissions - Help

I have a user who is in the correct user group to access out BST Forum, but he can't post there.
So I have analysed his node permissions and this is the outcome:

Forum Permissions
View threads by others:Yes (Details)
View thread content:Yes (Details)
Like posts:Yes (Details)
Post new thread:No (Details)
Post replies:No (Details)
Edit post by self:No (Details)
Time limit on editing/deleting own posts (minutes):525600 (Details)
Edit thread title by self (requires edit own post):No (Details)
Delete post by self:No (Details)
Delete thread by self:No (Details)
View attachments to posts:Yes (Details)
Upload attachments to posts:No (Details)
Tag thread by self:No (Details)

These should all be YES (apart from Delete thread by self)

How do I correct this?

All the groups for this user are correct and I have tried removing the user from the BST group and re-adding them but this didn't work...

How do I correct this? Any pointers appreciated.

Thanks

Make sure there are no special permissions set for specific user. Go into node permissions for the classified section and check down below where it says users with permissions set. Also make sure his primary and secondary user groups are set correctly. Primary should be registered and secondary should be whatever usergroup allows access to BST.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.
I do not have anything under Node Permissions that says "users with permissions set."
The Primary and Secondary User groups are correct.

Confused...

I recommend reading the manual and these guides on how permissions work.

You must have a "Never" set somewhere which is overriding any "Yes" settings.
