How does this work? We have a manager who took in donations and will be paying for the $250 for you to migrate our forum to your hosting services.

My question is, I manage this domain for the account owner. Will I still have access to manage his forum? meaning template edits etc? Because with our owned license we were able to add me as a support role. So I could place tickets.

The other part is that once we migrate to your hosting, I will be paying the monthly fee myself. So, how does that all work?
 
The customer account and forum account are separate.

The migration does not affect the existing forum in any way in terms of content, privileges, etc.

Whoever pays the monthly charge will need to set up the Cloud subscription in their name as it is taken automatically from your card.
That means you will need a new account.
