Lack of interest Voting closed icon suggests thread is locked, circle/slash is consistent with the hover over arrow when closed

In Suggestion threads when voting has closed, the lock symbol gives the impression the thread is also locked.

I think the circle/slash would work better here.

It is consistent with the hover over the arrow when votes are closed and seeing the red circle/slash. However I am not able to screenshot that.
