Users Avatars Management - Moderate and delete users uploaded custom avatars.

Overview:

• This add-on will moderate users custom avatars by placing them in the Approval queue where they can be reviewed to make sure that they don't contain anything that they shouldn't. Users with the permissions to Approve / reject users will also be able to approve or reject custom avatars.

Excluded groups:
