XF 1.5 Updated messageUserInfo class, change doesn't take effect?

I changed a few properties in the messageUserInfo class and added !important at the end. However, these are not reflected. Why is this?

It could be many things but without some code examples, screenshots, or what exactly you're trying to achieve it's hard to give any guidance.
