Unexpected files in the 2.3.13 upgrade zip?

While preparing our upgrade from 2.3.11 to 2.3.13, I noticed two directories in upload/ that I don't recognise from previous releases:

• upload/.agents/skills/ - empty (maybe related to the stubs/ai-agents/skills/files?)
• upload/workers/xf-bounce-consumer/ - contains wrangler(.cloud).jsonc and src/index(.test).js, described as "Queue consumer for Cloudflare Email Sending events."

Are these intended to ship with the standard release, or did they end up in the zip as build artifacts?
Happy to ignore them either way, I just wanted to check before deploying
