With Twitter you can get a complete thought out in 140 characters. With Vine, you cannot get a complete 'story' or 'thought' out in 6 seconds unless you did a hyper-quick montage of some sort. Just doesn't seem as effective and could get annoying really quick.

They should just allow it. Denying porn on the internet is impossible because it is technically a legal business industry. And so it can and has been hosted, displayed, and performed universally; all morals aside it's not going anywhere. They may as well embrace it and from there setup a filter between "family & word safe" vs "uncensored". It would be less trouble & less cost then trying to deny it.seems to be very effective and interesting
