Lately a few users of our site have reported that when they write a reply and click "Post reply," the text of their reply remains in the edit box despite also being posted. Sometimes, thinking the post has not happened, they clicked "Post reply" again, resulting in a double post.
The issue is occurring randomly and doesn't (yet) appear strongly correlated with any particular browser or platform, though certain users appear more prone than others. Any thoughts on what might be causing this? Often I see styles/themes implicated in situations like this, however I've confirmed that several of those hitting the issue are using the default/light style.
