Not a bug Theme Bug Please Help

As you see the theme is bugged i'm nex to this i have never used exforo so i don't know why i have this bug, i know it's theme based as this custom theme is whats activated it when i set the theme to default it works fine, is there someway i can copy the config from the toolbar to the theme to fix this? if so please give me a details anwser thank you
