The rowclass and data-xf-init attributes of the xf:radiotabs tag

Currently, if a value is specified for rowclass, it is used instead of the standard block-tabHeader block-tabHeader--radio classes. It seems that the handling of the rowclass attribute should work a little differently: the rowclass value should be added to the standard classes, as is done elsewhere.

Also, it is not possible to add an element handler via data-xf-init for the <h2> tag. For example, h-scroller may be needed here.
