text post disappeared after upgrading

After upgrading from 1.0.1 to 1.0.4 the text box for posting disappared on my board: check here for example:

how can i fix this ?

i have reuploaded the upgrade files and now it works.

If you used the file health check tool it would have reported which files, if any, weren't correct.
