Fixed Template modification do not reliably apply to child styles in all cases

On importing/creating a template modification for a template which do not exist in the master style, that template modification it is not applied to child styles where that template exists

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.0 B7/RC1).

Change log:

Allow template modifications to be applied to customized templates in styles when there is no master version of the relevant template.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
