I am request a feature to support service_worker.js extensions so add-on developer can expand additional functionality and features to there site

that’s may include widget, offline support and more.

Not sure what exactly you want to suggest here ... the link you gave is for chrome extensions (aka Browser Add-ons) and has nothing to do with PWA.
