SQL Query to change all current subscribe threads of all users from watch_email to watch_no_email?
Can someone advice?

UPDATE xf_thread_watch SET email_subscribe = 0

Untested.

It should work.
It simply changes all entries in the table to 0 - there are only two states, 0 and 1.

I just backup the whole database, just to be sure.

Why 250K+ ? Threads? When I only have 47K+ :/

Each entry in the table is user ID and thread ID.

The maximum number of entries possible is users x threads.
