XF 2.2 silly question: How do I show sub-navigation by default?

I've been playing around with some settings/templates. But now I can't get the site to show sub-navigation by default. It just displays the main nav. Isn't there a setting to toggle this??

I am stumped. lol

Hmm...I saw that setting. It seems to control the stickiness, but the actual display of the sub-nav itself. It's all good, the theme I'm using looks better without sub-nav anyway! lol
