Show tag popularity when selecting tags

Often people will enter misspelled tags to the database. This leads to other people selecting the misspelled tag. This can be avoided by showing the popularity of the tag. In almost all instance the correct tag will have far larger use / popularity than erroneous tags.

A simple example:
Xenphoro (2)
Xenforo (216)
Xenfouro (3)

Even if you do not know what the correct spelling is then you can still see it be the popularity.
