Banner ad shows and clicks on fine desktop and shows on mobile, but dos NOT click om mobile. https://www.smokstak.com/forum/

I took the target='_blank' out from the link and again it works fine on the desktop, but on mobile clicking it merely advances to the next banner.
I didn't catch this until much later while operating mobile.
Is this a or an openads banner software problem or something in the CSS code?
