SEO / Google

I really love how fast Google checks new pages, but today i found something like

/threads/lalala.123456?prefix_id=123

Is there a way to put away the pages with a prefix_id from the list of pages / google index?

Thank you.
I am not sure what to do now. The add-on for the prefixes misses two features:
1. limit to forums (done by myself now)
2. limit to groups (and exclude guests; i try to do that tomorrow)

Or: exclude forums with noindex / follow?

I have never cared for this; but why I should have the forum xyz indexed? It changes every day 100 times, is there any sense indexing a forum with the list of threads?

Maybe I should do just nothing while I have reached an essential place 2 on page 1 at Google for the most important two words people use to search for.
