It would be nice if we had an option to choose if we want to receive alerts from users we are following based on their comments around the board. For example, I'm following user X that made a comment in node 1, so I receive an alart/email that the user I'm following made a comment in node 1.
The user can choose, when he or she clicks on the "follow" button to:
1. Receive an alert, email, or none.
2. Choose which nodes would trigger the alert. For example, I want to receive alarts from this user only on specific nodes, number 1,5,10, but not from others.
I have this on my current vBulletin board and it's very useful.
