Fixed Run media URLs through censoring before converting to media tags

The URLs for media embeds are not currently able to be censored.

For example, if this is in the censor:



Pasting this URL -- https://twitter.com/XenForo/status/1313244696584613888 -- into a post will result in an embedded Tweet.

Ideally the URL would be censored to e.g. https://*******************/status/1313244696584613888 and the embed would fail.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.1).

Change log:

Bail out of matching a URL to BB code media sites if the string matches censor words.

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.
