IMO with the Resource Housekeeping and the Resource Guidlines, it would be in the best interest of everyone involved that some different prefixes are added to deleted resources.
For example, if a resource is deleted due to housekeeping then it could have a prefix similar to “Deleted Housekeeping” if a Resource is deleted due to not meeting the resource guidelines then it could have a prefix similar to “Deleted Resource Guidelines”.
This way there is no confusion as to why a resource was deleted.
