Remove a Like from a Post?

One of my users proved to be an... undesirable... element of my board, so I deleted his account. Unfortunately, prior to his deletion, he clicked the Like button on the Welcome thread in the Guests section. Is there a way to remove his Like?

You can remove likes by users in the ACP but if you have deleted the account, it will no longer be possible.
