XF 2.3 Registered member has moderator permissions?

A friendly member of my board just messaged me saying he think there is a bug. He sent me this screenshot:



I confirmed that the system shows him as only a member of Registered. I then when to group permissions for registered and it shows properly that they don't have forum moderator permissions. I checked his permissions and also no moderator permissions.

Does anyone have a clue as to what could be wrong?

He is not in the Staff group though.

Yes, I checked there. Only myself and other moderator showing. No one else.

I don't think this is it but check the user's individual permissions.

This is where the Analyze Permissions come in handy. You should be able to tell where they're getting this from using that.
