XF 1.5 Register custom user fields

for example i need to add Phone number Fields, first 3 number is prefix (for area Code,drop down select) than Text fields.

How do i set it ?

I suggest using a simple text box. You can always show in the description the format that you would like members to use.

so that is no way i can do dropdown + Text Box ?

Maybe you can create two custom fields and can use CSS to arrange them as you want. Just a general idea don't know if it would work though.
