XF 2.0 reCAPTCHA not stopping bots

Hi,

What's the best way to stop accounts (most likely bots) on my Xenforo 2.0 website from registering which post adverts like this:


I'm currently using Google reCAPTCHA but it hasn't really prevented anything:
