Lack of interest Rebuild Resource Manager Cache

I looked in the Resource Manager home page and saw that there is only 1 style in Other Styles but when I click on Other styles there are more than one Resource in there. It has been like that for almost a week now. How long does the number account on the home page of your Resource Manager take to update?
