XF 1.5 Re-directing to many times

Hey guys, i'm not exactly sure when this started, but my members are recieving an error when clicking on some links, I enabled SSL a few months back, set it up following this guide https://xenforo.com/community/resources/how-to-implement-ssl-to-secure-http-traffic-https.5425/ and it seems to work

I'm not sure what details you guys may need to help me, so please feel free to ask for information

I'm not receiving any board errors.
I've also re-built my cache
I've done a File Health Check, it says everything is there and good.

And yes i've cleared my cookies and tried in incognito mode.

It mostly happens when i use a link like https://goo.gl/JCE3A9 for some reason

The link in that thread is www and non-https, yet your site is non-www and https.

You likely have incorrect rewrite rules set up.

If you're using cloudflare, make sure you have the correct encryption option enabled for your site.

RewriteCond %{HTTPS} on

as

RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
