Users of the Dark theme on our site are pretty regularly encountering cases of text that's set to almost black, and is therefore invisible. Curiously, in all cases, it's the same exact almost-black color in the BBCode regardless of where it appears: RGB(20, 20, 20). It may affect all of a post or just a part. Users claim they're not explicitly colorizing the text in their posts, and RGB(20, 20, 20) isn't even one of the color picker colors. The AI responses I've gotten have suggested that this might be due to cutting and pasting from rich text sources (e.g. from editing posts outside of a browser, or pasting things from other web pages), though that seems unlikely. As far as I can tell, XenForo treats pastes as plain text and only preserves formatting when the source was formatted with BBCode.
Thoughts on what might be causing bits of posts to become colored like this unintentionally?
We are a new Cloud user and have been seeing this since Day One, back in early September (Running 2.3.7). At that point we had only the XenForo Enhanced Search and XenForo Media Gallery add-ons installed, so pretty sure this isn't an add-on thing. We also do not have any themes installed besides the default Light and Dark.
Best,
~Jim
