Fixed Quoting "strike-through" word with highlighting way doesn’t work

When you quote a strike-throught word with the highlight way it doesn’t quoted strike-throught.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.2).

Change log:

When unparsing BB code from HTML, include <s> tags.
