I have a license Xenforo for a year
If so, do I need to pay a new license for another year and how much do I pay?

Will I renew my license? Can I upgrade my forum to the latest version?
Can I download the resources or not?

You get 1 year of free support when you buy your license. After 1 year the support expires (NOT the license, just the support) and then it's $40/year to renew the support. To download the latest version you need an active support license.
