Promote/Trophy Points if Ever in Usergroup - Promote or give trophy points based on member's usergroup history

This add-on keeps a history of all user group changes for your members. It allows you to award trophy points or promotions based on if a member has ever been in a user group in the past.

*NOTE* While this has been tested on a site with 20,000 members, it is recommended that you back up your database prior to installing this add-on. During install a single query will record all of your user's current user groups and write that information into the database. This...
