XF 1.2 Profile info : Current Title needs more characters

Our job titles are very long, how can I allow more characters on the Profile info : Current Title.

Usernames can never be longer than 50 characters, and I believe user titles follow the same rule. I believe you'll need an add-on to accomplish this.
