I use a site based on your software.
It is set there that once a certain amount of media information is uploaded to the user's site, another number of points (trophies) is received.
Currently users say this feature has not been enabled for them.
Can I get an explanation of how it will work?

You will need to report any concerns to the site owner.

They can then submit a ticket or post here if they require support.
