XF 2.1 Post Macros Template

Hello,

Our current template for Post_Macros' was custom designed for our theme which has worked great but since upgrading our Dev Site to 2.1, we've noticed an issue:
The Share/Bookmark/Post Number on a thread are vertical, causing excess space and we'd like these to be horizontal without affecting our theme (highlighted in blue).

The PostMacro template for our site is below attached.
If I replace it with the default Xenforo one, it fixes this issue but creates others for our template and I'm not sure of the best way to accomplish lining the three options (Share, Bookmark, PostNumber) side by side instead.

Please could anyone advise?
