XF 1.5 Plugin Issues, Can't Reinstall or Uninstall - Site Errors

What would your recommendations be to fixing this. I can't uninstall or reinstall.

- Anyone able to assist urgently here would be greatly appreciated (willing to pay fee)

Permissions now updated but errors still persists.

This may be one of the add-ons that @ThemeHouse acquired. I would contact them to see if it is and maybe update to their latest version or request assistance if so.

Yes it is and we're working at fixing this on our end without TH currently.
