I saw this on another Forum ( VBulletin Maybe?)
and wanted to know if if was possible in Xenforo

Let say I have several different Nodes (Forums)

It is Possible for an Admin to Create a Thread that would
automatically be pinned to the Top of all the Forums?

Yes, that is possible - we have many pinned threads in multiple forums on this site.

Oh wait - I think you mean a single global thread across all forums.
No, that isn't possible.

yes I meant a Single Global Thread
that an admin posts once and it appears
at the top of all Forums

Is that something that can be custom programmed?

Yes, it would be possible with a third party add-on (if one exists), otherwise custom development.
