I'm very excited and nervous too that it all runs smooth, to announce the launch today of https://www.pickemhq.com I would love you feedback on it and most of all to join and come play! I've secured a few sponsors so far for prizes and still have several more in the works! Big shout out to @Bob for such an amazing add-on and brainstorming ideas with me and a big shout out to @Russ for all the styling help and suggestions. The site uses a very modified version of Core from Pixel Exit.
Currently I have five pools open. NFL, NBA, NHL, UFC and Premier League. SEC, Big 10 and Big 12 for both football and basketball plus NCAA D1 hockey are currently in the works for a early November launch and will have MLB, MLS and WNBA once their 2025 seasons start up. Any other pools you'd love to see included, please suggest it!
Ok enough babbling, let me show off https://www.pickemhq.com First up is the main page with the pool list in the center and leaderboard widgets on the left and right sides
First up for pools we have our football pool. Houston Texans vs New York Jets is already closed as that's tonights Thursday Night Football game already in progress. Pool page is a 100% overhaul from the default Pick 'Em add-on style out of the box.
Next is our NHL pool listing all games of the week. Events close when each game starts, giving you opportunity to change your picks before the games because of injury, healthy scratches etc. All pools offer this other then UFC, All UFC matches close at the end of the events Prelims as each match can only last seconds into the first round to the full 15 or 25 minutes of the bout, so I decided it was best just to end all at start of first fight.
Anyway, on to UFC. As mentioned above all bouts close at start of the main card events. Ranking is also included next to the fighters name if they have one. Also this is our only pool so far to use Vs rather then @.
Next is NBA
And finally Premier League

We have no forum. xenForo is used as a back engine so to speak to run Pick 'Em. No forums, no direct messages and even no trophy points, though I am using @Ozzy47's badge add on to award weekly 1st, 2nd and 3rd pool winner accolades, along with one at the end of the pool season for all places.
