Fixed phpBB import broken with MySQL 8 when source database has no table prefix

In user group import step the query
SQL: 
SELECT * FROM groups
ORDER BY group_id
causes MySQL statement prepare error [1064] because groups is a reserved keyword since 8.0.2
 
Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved.
