PHP Template Error

I am receiving template errors when using my XenForo version. It is due to a php version mismatch. PHP 8.3 vs PHP 8.1

If I purchase a update and support extension, will the new version of Xenforo eliminate the errors?

My current version of XenForo is: 2.2.13

I hate to perform the upgrade and cause the forum to crash and become unusable.
