Add-on Personal area for users

My users would love to see something along these lines:

A personal area, where they can add, edit, and delete their own content, with the ability to create an index and organized content.

This would be a kind of area where any knowledgeable person could present their wisdom to the masses, while creating a comfortable order as they see fit, without administrators having to work for them.

Do you have any direction on something like this, an existing plugin that could be used for this? I would appreciate any information.

I think you’d need to create a forum for each (privileged) user and then you could mostly achieve this with forum permissions. I’d they’d be a moderator of that forum.

To create the order they’d probably need a change date addon.

E.g.

Allows changing the date and time of a post.

Sounds very much like what some wikis offer in the form of personal spaces (Confluence being the most prominent example). You could probably configure something like that with any wiki with more or less effort (and tie a wiki to XF from 2.3 on through SSO), not sure if the wiki add ons in XF itself do offer something like that or it can achieved with them in a feasible way. I'd give dokuwiki a shot for experimenting - free as in free beer, easy to configure and maintain an a ton of plugins for all purposes possible:

Other than that you could achieve something like that with a social groups plugin (tough the intention of those plugins is something different). I do use the one from @DragonByte Tech and with the correct settings of rights it could probably deliver what you desire:

Sounds like Personal pages.

It doesn't exist.

On any xenforo site that has valuable information, people will want to have their own personal information respository.

15 years on, Xenforo doesn't have pages.

And there are no good page addons.

Best thing available for your needs would be:

This is a simple but effective addon to increase collaboration in your community. First of all, this is not a full blown Wiki in the sense that it doesn't support most of the features of those systems and it's generally not aimed at forums that require a dedicated Wiki section.
