XF 2.0 Password reset request not working (not receiving it)

When I request my password from my xenforo site, I get no actual password request email. I went into myphpadmin and checked and the email address for my account is correct. Any idea why this is happening ? The only thing I notice different about my account vs other users is my style ID says 2 where everyone else is 0. Also checked spam its not there. I also tried to access my admin panel by going to https://sonicvisions.org/admin.php and I get a 404 error.

You probably need to figure this out before you can solve your email issue. Can you log into your server or hosting control panel to confirm that the Xenforo install is intact? (Is the admin.php file in the root folder of the website where it should be?) The rest of your site seems to be working fine, at least for a guest reader.

Weird I tried that before but it didn't work. But now its working. Thank you.

When I logged into the admin panel I get an error notice at the top. When clicking it says failed to submit sitemap and then has a bunch of search engines. I am assuming this is not the reason forgot password isn't working ?

I checked the email bounce log and there is nothing there.

Post your ACP email config.

For default email and contact email its set to my personal email address.

Every thing else is blank.
Email transport method default.

Include full message text in watched thread and conversation options checked.

Hey I fixed it. I selected SMTP and set the smtp server according to sitegrounds settings and now its working! Thank you guys!
