Paid forum, and cloud?

I'd like to create a paid forum that accepts stripe, and is SaaS (in the cloud) ideally.

Is this possible?

That would require custom development/an add-on as the only payment processor for account upgrades is PayPal.

Yes, the user upgrade system supports one off payments and recurring subscriptions.
