The page jump is only on the bottom, how do you get it on top and bottom of a thread?

What is the "page jump" in XenForo?

vBulletin had a page jump menu, but XenForo doesn't as far as I know.

Find:

    .block-outer:not(.block-outer--after) .pageNavWrapper:not(.pageNavWrapper--forceShow)
    {
        display: none;
    }

Change none to block and save.
