Snog submitted a new resource:

Allow Email Login Only - Only allows users to login using their email address

This add-on prevents users from logging in using their user name and forces them to use their email address.

This should not prevent users from using connected accounts to login, but it has not been tested with connected accounts.

I have fixed the issue, and it is now functioning correctly on XenForo 2.3, as verified through testing.
I am posting this here for anyone else who may find it helpful.
