XF 1.5 Optimising for Latency Implementing DNS Prefetching and Preconnect?

While I made a new suggestion for DNS Prefetching and voted for Preconnect I was wondering if it would be possible to Implement this myself without editing the core files. Would it be easy to do? I tried to find places to add the rel link attribute but I would like to add it to the CDN url's. My own CDN url and Font Awesome CDN, jquery CDN. Is this possible without editing core files?

Ok, I found out I can add "rel="dns-prefetch preconnect" to jquery by editing the page_container_js_head
