XF 1.2 On line members test resize

I'm trying to find a way to make a bit bigger the on line users and some other text in my forum to no avail.

All these settings are in style properties but I'm unable to find these in particular..

Please check the screenshots and help me

I'm admin but I'm not listed as Staff online! Is it a setting or style customization?

Is it possible to change color to specific user names in the online user list?

Only moderators are automatically shown in the staff online section.

You can explicitly set members as staff via their profile page in the ACP.

The colour is set in Style Properties -> Sidebar -> User List Username
